Product Warranty
HCR Inc. warrants its products against defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year. Should a part prove defective in that period, it would be exchanged at the factory for a new part at no charge.

HCR Inc. also provides one-year unconditional guarantees of satisfaction for its products, meaning equipment removal and full refund of the purchase price at any time during that period in the event satisfaction is not acheived.
