Pete
Smith
Pete is the driving force behind HCR; leading his team of hard working
people through example. He believes in putting customer service
number one, just like his father. Pete is always available to talk
with customers, and loves doing it. If, by chance, the next time
you call and you cant locate him around HCR he might be out
taking a ride on his newly restored 1951 Indian Chief motorcycle.
Or, check the sky he could be taking a cruise in his airplane! |

Chester
Hart
Chester has quite the amazing travel schedule as HCRs lead
sales person. As he sees it, "I guess thats a part of
our growth. We want to be out talking with our customers to understand
their needs and problems. Then we can quickly respond to their unique
situations." Thankfully, Chester always has Montana to return
home to so he can participate in his true life loves: hunting, fishing
and just being outdoors. |

Mel
Jackson
Call HCR with a question and you're likely to be put in touch with
Mel Jackson, our service and parts customer service leader for the
past 10 years or so. In addition to being an electrical expert,
Mel is great at listening carefully to customers and finding the
best means of taking care of them. Fortunately for Mel, HCR customers
seldom encounter problems, so he has lots of time outside of our
normal workday to tend to the 1,500-acre ranch he and Becky run
with their three amazing kids. |
 |
Becky
Jackson
Another 10-year veteran at HCR, Becky is married to Mel Jackson
and is also the bookkeeper and Pete's little sister. Probably one
of the best shots in the county, Becky has for three years running
only used three bullets to take three elk. She also serves as occasional
camp cook in the summer for clients of a fishing outfitter buddy
of hers. You'll find some of Becky's favorite hunting, fishing,
and wild-game cooking tips in the Explore Montana section of the
website and in each issue of the Big Sky Bulletin. |
 |
Alice
Green
Office manager and all-around organizer here at HCR, Alice is the
person you'll likely talk with first when calling our office in
Lewistown. Another of those ranching folks, Alice and her husband
live on their large ranch where they raise cattle, hay, wheat and
barley. |
 |
Mark
Warren
Originally a North Carolina boy, Mark lives in big sky country now
and is our shop foreman. Making sure the schedule's met and quality
remains exceptionally high are Mark's primary responsibilities.
No ifs, ands or buts! Plus, when Mark's not here at HCR, you may
find him keeping our community safe as a volunteer fireman. Thanks,
Mark! |

Installation
Crew
We are often asked to perform the installation of our equipment.
HCR has several specially trained installation crews who travel
the country performing the critical final steps before the units
are turned over. Like our Shop Crew, these guys are great at what
they do! |

Shop
Crew
Here are a few of the poeple behind the scenes who make up the AutoCAD
drawings for the shop; order the parts; cut, bed, and weld the steel;
assemble, wire and electrically test the equipment and control systems;
install the heaters and hot-gas reclaim coils; powder coat the cabinetry;
duct work and exterior; perform the quality control checks; cut
and nail the wood to make shipping crates; sweep and vacuum the
floor; and call the trucking company to pick up the finished product. |
